Design submission & tech pack: send us your reference photos, sketches, or a complete digital tech pack. Our internal design team will review the details to ensure structural viability.
Sample development: we create a physical pre-production sample hoodie according to your custom dimensions, logo placement, and fabric requirements. This stage allows you to evaluate the quality, fabric weight, and fit before committing to bulk manufacturing.
Bulk production: once you approve the sample, bulk manufacturing begins. Our production lines utilize modern sewing machines and strict quality control protocols to ensure every single hoodie is flawless.
Quality inspection & global shipping: every batch goes through a multi-point quality check (stitching, sizing accuracy, label alignment) before packaging. We then coordinate fast global logistics via air express, sea freight, or rail to deliver goods straight to your warehouse.
