How to choose pet clothes?

Mar 14, 2023

Recently, the weather has become cooler, and many owners choose to dress their pets. Pet clothing not only protects against cold and warmth, but also makes pets more adorable. However, few people know how to choose the right clothes for their pets.
First of all, measuring your pet's circumference can ensure that pet clothing is the most suitable. Here's how to measure your pet's "three dimensions".
First circumference: Body length
"Body length refers to the length from the back of the pet's neck (back neck stem) to the root of its tail. When measuring body length, make sure your pet is upright and fully extended, not prone or lying down, to ensure accurate measurement.".
Second circumference: neck circumference
"Neck circumference refers to the circumference of the pet's neck, which is the circumference of the position where the collar is usually worn. This is the position of the collar of the pet's clothing, which is generally measured and extended by one centimeter.". If the pet is in the developmental stage, measure the neck circumference with a slight extension of about two centimeters.
Third circumference: Chest circumference
Chest circumference refers to the circumference of the widest part of a pet's front leg root. This is the fattest part of the pet's body. Due to the thick fur and plenty of meat in this area, the accuracy of measurement is difficult to grasp, and it is generally required to extend at least two to three centimeters. Before measuring your chest circumference, it's best to let your pet eat fully. "Because there will be significant changes in the chest circumference of a pet after eating, the data measured in this state should prevail.". The clothes selected in this way will fit the pet very well, and even if it has just had enough, it won't feel too tight.
