1. The nylon straps on the harness feel stiff, is this normal?
Yes, the new nylon webbing can feel stiff but will soften and become more flexible with regular use.
2. The dog can slip out of their harness, how do we stop this?
First, ensure the girth strap is tight enough, you should only be able to fit two fingers underneath. To avoid this, you can consider a harness style with a third point of adjustment (like a belly strap) or a design specifically made for dogs that back out, such as our breathable adjustable dog harness.
